Six Healing Sounds Qigong with Marshall and Gail Garland
Six Healing Sounds Qigong with Marshall and Gail Garland
Six Healing Sounds QiGong (Liu Zi Jue in Chinese), an ancient QiGong practice, emphasizes harmony between sound, breath, and motion:
focuses on sound production as a core practice
regulates organ energy, integrating six specific sounds with simpler movements
targets specific organs, aligning with Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Five Elements theory
harmonizes organ energy through sound vibrations, and complements movement-based routines
Vocal tones create vibrations, clearing stagnation and balancing specific organs. Each sound corresponds to an organ, element, and emotion, expelling blocked Qi for restoration.
Internal energy work, driven by deep synchronized breathing, deepens before physical flow, enhances meditation focus and emotional release, and prepares the body for detoxification by clearing stagnation.
Regular practice of Six Healing Sounds QiGong offers numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits:
Improved Qi flow
Organ health improvement
Stress reduction
Immune boost
Respiratory and digestive health
Mental clarity
Enhanced breath regulation
Modern studies support the effectiveness of Six Healing Sounds QiGong for various health conditions:

What is QiGong?
QiGong originated in China over 4,000 years ago. It is based on traditional Chinese medicine principles, which describe that Qi, or life-force energy, is present in every living thing.
According to the principles, a person’s Qi must flow smoothly throughout the body in order for people to be healthy and feel their best. If Qi becomes stagnant or blocked in a certain area, health problems can occur.
QiGong uses slow, gentle, simple movements, along with synchronized breathing patterns to promote healthy energy flow and reduce stagnation of Qi. Proper flow of Qi can help the body engage its own healing processes.
